At GR Denims, we take pride in delivering high-quality denim crafted for comfort, durability, and style. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

 


 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
✅ The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
✅ All original tags and packaging are intact
✅ The item is not damaged due to misuse
✅ You have the original invoice or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Items marked as Non-Returnable

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Products damaged after use

 


 

Easy Return Process

Starting a return is simple:

Step 1: Email us at grweaving@gmail.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (in case of damaged or incorrect product)

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return shipment.

Important: Do not ship the product back without confirmation from our support team.

 


 

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

Prepaid Orders

✔ Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 


 

Exchange Policy

Need a different size? No problem.

We offer size exchanges subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item passes quality inspection.

Tip: Denim fits can vary slightly always refer to our size chart before ordering to minimize exchanges.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Received something you didn’t order or a defective item?

We sincerely apologize  and we will fix it fast.

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

 


 

Reverse Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we bear the cost.

  • If the return is due to size issues or change of preference, a small reverse shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.

(This helps us maintain fair pricing for all customers.)

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider processing times can vary

  3. If the issue persists, email us and we will investigate immediately

 


 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible but you may request a return after delivery.

 


 

Policy Abuse

GR Denims reserves the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive or suspicious return patterns.

This helps us protect genuine shoppers and maintain product quality.
